MENTAL TRAINING (INDIVIDUAL, VIA VIDEO)
 

Whether you are looking to improve a shortcoming or you want to stand out from the competition, we can help you improve in areas such as concentration, anxiety management, self-talk, goal setting, motivation, relaxation, visualization, etc. These strategies will set you up to take your skills to the next level and transform obstacles into opportunities for success. (Note: These sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.)

MENTAL TRAINING (GROUP OR TEAM)
 

A team approach to mental skills training can build cohesion and performance while giving the players an idea of what this training is all about. These group sessions/workshops are a good way to get started with mental skills training and can easily be supplemented with individualized training.

COACH CONSULTATION / MENTAL TRAINING

 

Do you need help getting through to your players? We provide coaches with consultation to help them effectively motivate players and build team cohesion. We also work to enhance coaches’ own mental skills to improve their own performance and/or re-teach the skills to their players.

PRE-DRAFT EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES
 

The cost of making a mistake in the draft can be exponential. The Center for Peak Performance has experience evaluating thousands of professional athletes to determine intelligence and character risk, both on and off the field. Moreover, we can work with you to easily create individualized development plans for players once they are on the roster by using the information we gather through the draft process.
