IDL Instructional Design 101 Workshop

The IDL Instructional Design 101 Workshop © will help you maximize your internal instructional design capabilities. We work with your instructional designers who already understand how to design traditional training programs, and help them translate those skills for programs at a distance.

This workshop is designed with little lecture and an emphasis on hands-on application.

Buckle up for this intense experience. Students are busy from morning till dusk. The good news is, we’ve never delivered this workshop without raving reviews.

Here’s what we challenge students to master before they walk out the door:

• Describe the critical differences between classroom and distance learning training
• Demonstrate competency using IDL technology
• State the essentials of superb IDL instructional design
• Identify 16 instructional design strategies to keep audiences on track and involved
• Create all the deliverables necessary for a 15-minute broadcast
• Receive honest feedback on the strengths and improvements for their broadcast
